Ecole St. Thomas is a new K to 7 school that opened for the 2013-2014 school year. JCK Engineering worked with aodbt Architects to develop an efficient plan that maximized function and combined it with structural efficiency to achieve an economical project. The project has been delivered below the budget and includes a day care facility and offices for Catholic Social Services. The school is designed to LEED silver certification and features extensive use of natural lighting. The structure is steel framed supported on bored piles.
