The L.F. McIntosh Mall Parkade is a post tensioned parking structure. The parkade is monitored 24hours a day with remote acoustic monitoring of post-tensioning strands by Pure Technologies. Preparation of performance reports, repair packages and maintenance programs have been ongoing since 1997.
