Hill Centre Parkade

The Hill Centre Parkade is located in downtown Regina accommodating 564 vehicles, 497 above ground and 67 below ground. The parkade floor slabs are constructed with a thin concrete slab supported on concrete joists. A phased maintenance/upgrade program for the parkade was commenced in 2010. The repairs are based on highest priority and are selected through our assessment of the parkade and budget constraints. The restoration work is spread out over different levels and locations throughout the parkade requiring different levels of non-traditional solutions to complete the work.
