Streetscape

Streetscape is a two-storey medical office building. The building is supported by driven timber piles and a perimeter concrete grade beam. The 2nd floor superstructure of the building is a concrete on metal deck and steel beams composite floor system. Structural steel columns support both the 2nd floor and roof levels. Steel beams with open web steel joists (OWSJs) and metal roof deck comprise the roof system. The main floor slab is grade supported concrete.
