Eastgate Medical Building

JCK Engineering Inc. provided structural engineering services to Choice Properties LLP. for a 4 storey medical building in the Eastgate Development of Regina. The building structure consists of steel columns, composite concrete on metal deck floor slabs to minimize vibrations, a lightweight steel roof system and a cast in place concrete elevator and stair core. The building also includes 23 indoor parking stalls.
